We had eleven people who joined us for the recent One Step at a Time course, plus seven group leaders. During the first ten weeks we looked at 'What Christians Believe' and 'How Christians Grow'. The feedback received from the group was very positive, and as a group they looked forward to meeting with the rest of the Church members for the last five weeks, where we covered 'Living the Christian Life' - this was done during Lent, as our preparation for Easter. We were delighted that two of the original group were confirmed in the Cathedral on Easter Saturday.
I would like to thank everyone who supported us as a group, particularly those who prepared, cooked and served the tea, coffee and meals; those who provided transport, and especially to the group leaders and to Elaine for all their hard work.
