Lyn and David Moakes, Michelle Grant, Paul Lucas, Jane Straiton, Sarah Bromley, Gavin Holmes-Wilson, his band and I have the privilege of putting together the All Age Worship on the First Sunday. Over the last year we have seen numbers gently increasing, we obviously attract the new comers to the Church, the recently baptised and people just looking, this is something we are exceedingly pleased with.
We feel over the last year that there has been some extremely positive feedback as well as a sense that we've all grown in the process of doing this service. This has meant that from my point of view I've seen peoples gifts develop in ways that I think they would not have imagined just a year or two ago. One of the best things about the service is probably the way it enriches the lives of those people that lead it.
Over this last year we have tried to be more experimental as well as rooted within the Anglican tradition. Our ambition is that this service becomes a bridge into the wider church and allows people to dip their toe in.
Our needs are probably in the area of needing new people to join the group and a continued sense of the spirits guidance that we keep what we do creative and fresh.
